Terms of Service

By creating an account and using ChalkWeek ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ChalkWeek is an AI-powered social media content generation tool. It allows users to generate, refine, schedule, and publish social media posts using artificial intelligence. The Service is available on four plans: Free, Starter, Pro, and Team.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person or business may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to use ChalkWeek to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, misleading claims, or deceptive advertising
• Violates the terms of service of any social media platform you publish to
• Attempts to circumvent platform policies or automated systems

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account:

• You authorise ChalkWeek to publish posts on your behalf only when you explicitly schedule them.
• You are solely responsible for the content of posts published through the Service.
• You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
• ChalkWeek is not responsible for any content moderation decisions made by Instagram or other platforms.
• You can revoke publishing access at any time from your Profile settings.

• Content generated by the AI is provided as a starting point and may require review before publishing.
• ChalkWeek does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
• You retain full ownership of content you generate and publish through the Service.
• By using the Service, you grant ChalkWeek a limited licence to process your inputs to generate content on your behalf.

ChalkWeek offers the following plans:

• Free — $0: 10 lifetime posts, 1 business profile, 1 variation per post. No scheduler or batch generation.
• Starter — $12/month ($120/year): 120 posts per month, 3 business profiles, 3 variations per post, brand voice.
• Pro — $24/month ($240/year): Up to 300 posts per day, 10 business profiles, 10 variations, live research, Engagement Predictor, batch generation, scheduler, repurpose.

• Annual plans are billed upfront and include 2 months free compared to monthly billing.
• Paid plans include a 3-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact unbanmepls96@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (Instagram API, Anthropic, etc.), or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

ChalkWeek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChalkWeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm resulting from published content.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting unbanmepls96@gmail.com.
